Our Story

Crazy about cycling & Madeira

We are passionated about all kind of cycling (road, enduro, cross-country) and always had a wish to make a positive impact to cycling tourism market, for ourselves and for our bike friends!

We started cycling races calendar “Cycligo”  to help cyclists to find cycling events all around the world! “Madeira Start-up Retreat” tourism start-ups accelerator noticed us and invited to participate in 2 months lectures in one of the most amazing places in the world Madeira! We felt in love with this stunning island and we could not understand why so little cyclists comes here to ride! We decided to change that and to help cyclists to discover Madeira and perfect roads for road cycling, amazing routes for cross-country and off course, high quality enduro trails! This is how was born “Cycling Madeira”.

Each cyclist must have Madeira on his cycling bucket-list and experience Madeira fully!

Our Values

Journeys worth taking with the right people

Laugh at life, even when it gives You a flat tyre. Enjoy what are You doing even when You are in the steep “Pico do Areeiro” climb. Take a risk, try new things like enduro, fall with smile, learn Your lesson and improve. Make it count and enjoy!

Our mission is to help cycling travellers to discover Madeira beauty by bike and to create the best memories riding here.

Together with local guides we help cyclists to see Madeira through local people eyes, feel Madeira’s vibe, try the best food in the island, enjoy the best Poncha, beer and cakes and became at least half local!

We believe that experiences, memories and bikes (N+1) are the true secrets of our happiness! Ride bikes, explore and enjoy!
