Canyoning Ribeiro Frio (easy, only in winter)

It is already in the name of this canyon. Ribeiro Frio means cold river in Portuguese. Cold it will be, but beautiful as well!
This canyon is in the north side of the island in the laurel forest. We need a 15 minutes walk to the access of the canyon. The canyon has 4-6 rappels depending on water level up to 16 meters. A few jumps will not be missed. The surroundings are really amazing with red coloured rocks and cristal clear water. When the sun reaches the canyon, the whol is nearly a paradise. At the end there is a 10 minutes walk up hill back to the car, where we will warm up a bit.
Please note that this canyon only has enough water in winter time. Therefore please ask for availability.

Schedule: everyday, with a minimum of 2 participants

Important to bring: towel, swimming clothes and a warm sweater
